Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During festive seasons or promotional sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
- A nominal shipping fee may apply for certain Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable.
- Any shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details. You can use the tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.
Packaging
Every piece of jewelry is securely packed in premium protective packaging to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Varsavi Jewellery is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
International Shipping
Currently, Varsavi Jewellery ships only within India. We look forward to offering international shipping in the future.
Delays Beyond Our Control
While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, courier disruptions, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
